I detached the control board underneath the dishwasher door and I did not see a steady LED being lit (Steady off).
It's fairly easy to access the control board. Once you figure out how to remove the control board, it's pretty easy to put back in. Just be careful with the wires that route in the slots. Removal of the power supply cover is also pretty simple. I've never done a repair like this before.
The part came very quickly from this store (one day after shipping). The part itself had a strange chemical smell going on from within the package and once it removed. But I think the smell has dispersed a little bit after being installed. It's been a few days.
