Ordered new motor on Friday. It arrived Saturday and I installed it Sunday. It is a tight working space (for a 76 year old) but by duplicating the existing installation, it went smoothly. If you do this yourself, make sure the foam strip is properly positioned in the housing after installing the motor. Also, don't forget to tie on a fish cord as you remove the old motor so you can pull the wires of the new motor up through the short length of flexible conduit.
