I replaced all four Suspension Rod Supports. The video was very helpful. I am glad I looked at it before I started the job. the whole job took less than 30 minutes. The washer now works like new.
I could see no visible damage on the old supports. it seems that the springs get worn out but are not detectable to the naked eye.
