Using your video it was very easy to diagnose the problem, order the parts, disassemble the dryer step by step and reassemble all the parts. Even though the front rollers were the problem I opted for preventative maintenance and ordered and replaced all four rollers (two in front, two in the back). However, being older at age 77, I found it much easier to take the additional step (not on the video) of removing the back plate supporting the rear rollers and replacing them. It does require detaching and reattaching the heating element. I am glad I did as it allowed me to thoroughly inspect and clean the heating element. I also took the time to vacuum out the entire inside of the dryer structure from 10+ years of use. I also replace the dryer belt as part of preventative maintenance. Probably the most difficult part of the entire process was re-engaging the idler wheel for the dryer belt. All in all, it was a very rewarding experience!
