Disassembled the dryer using the video on AppliancePartsPros.com in about 30 minutes. Confirmed the drum rollers were shot. Parts were easy to find and they shipped quickly. Replaced the rollers (again, using the video on the website) in about 60 minutes. Reassembled the dryer in another 60 minutes. Works perfectly now.
