Brian M Lombard , IL March 31, 2017 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL Dryer motor and blower wheel. The dryer was a later model, 1998 ish. I knew the motor was bad because it was locked up. I decided that I would give it a try and searched for the part. I found it at Appliance parts pros and watched a video on replacing the motor. I ran into a little hiccup trying to get the blower wheel to free itself from the shaft. I was into it already, so I ordered the blower wheel as well. Once i had both parts, the rest was simple. The video definitely helps. The parts came quick and the dryer is back up and running. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes
