I thought the Cycling Thermostat wasn't working to control the heat, so I replaced it. Come to find out that Dryer felt seal for the lower front of the drum was bad and missing. This was causing heat to escape into the dyer causing it to overheat. Once I replaced the seal, the dryer worked perfectly and completed the cycle.
