After having erroneously thought the problem was the control board, ordering & installing one, only to find the dryer still did not work, I contacted AppliancePartsPros for help. Not only did they expedite getting the correct part, a thermistor, to me quickly, they told me I could return the control board for credit even though it had been installed. I received the thermistor and it was fairly easy to install. I also switched out the new control board with the old one and the dryer worked fine. My thanks to AppliancePartsPros for their help and great return policy - will never go anywhere else in the future.
