My dryer wouldn't heat. My husband was out of the country and I wanted to save money and see if I could fix it. My dad said it was probably the heating coil, so I tried that first. I replaced it and it still wouldn't heat. (using this website for the coil purchase and the video for replacing it - it was excellent). I got online and was surprised to discover that I could live chat with someone at that late hour. They (I ended up talking with two different people over a two day period) told me how to check several parts of the system to determine where the problem was. It was the Thermal Fuse. I ordered it and replaced it and now my dryer works. Yay me, but YAY appliancepartspros for walking me patiently through it. I'm very thankful!
