After reviewing several web sites and forums, I determined my LG DLG3788W dryer had one or more bad rollers. When the dryer contained a regular load of clothes, it sounded like there were several shoes banging around in the drum while it was running. Your video made disassembly; finding and replacing the defective part; and reassembly a breeze. In my case, one of the back rollers was extremely loose on it's axle as compared to the others. It was very easy (surprisingly easy to fix). I'm now questioning why I've over-paid so many repairmen over the years for such simple repairs (thinking there was some sort of secret voodoo magic to appliance repair). The next time I have a problem with an appliance, I will definitely be visiting this site again for helpful step-by-step videos an parts.
