Turns out the thermal cutoff went bad. Bought the thermal cutoff kit from appliancepartspros ormally.
I used a volt meter with a continuity selection to find out which device went bad. You need to put the two probes on each device to find out whether or not the device is good. If you hear a sound then the device is good.
The devices are sensors located both at the blower and heating element
