I called up your company and they told me what was wrong with my dryer. Sent me the part and then I went online to figure out how to fix it. Watched the video on how to replace it. Then had to go back and finish watching the whole video to see how to put it back together. Who knew all the plugs needed to be put back together?? The cheapest repair guy was going to charge me $250 bucks. I did it myself with a screw driver, about an hour (had to go back and watch the video on how to put it back together, and about $16 all in.
