Took the top cover off the washer. Two screws off the back. Located fill valve on top. Unplugged each solenoid started the washer and checked for a/c voltage to each solenoid. 120 v A/c was there. This told me the motherboard was good with supplying voltage to inlet valves. So I replaced valve per the video on the website. Now all is well.
