Thomas S Westport , MA July 24, 2016 Appliance: Model E130MG55GSB Electrolux microwave filter assemply dislodged I ordered a replacement filter assembly and filter. Held on by three well-disguised screws, locating the assembly fasteners took a while. But once I figured that out, removal was easy. Be sure to save the screws where you can find them! As expected, the filter was greasy and needed to be replaced. Take time to clean up the housing and duct which are apt to be slimy. Install the filter and replace the housing, being careful not to lose or overtighten the screws. After reassembly is complete you will no doubt want to clean the microwave exterior, including the newly-installed (or reinstalled) assembly. Windex worked fine. My appliance looks and works like it did the first day out of the box. 1 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
