Referred to the Appliance Parts Pro video giving repair instructions. It was pretty straight forward. Helpful info regarding the connection wires inside the walls of the oven and preventing them from falling down between those walls. Our oven is about 19 yrs. old and the screws holding the element's flange in place were easily stripped due to the exposure to high heat over that period of time and the breakdown of the screw material. Took a little coaxing with the correct tool but they ultimately came out. Install no problem. Light bulb replacement, no problem.
