I typed in the model number and the error code and I got the correct part that fit perfectly. I paid extra to have next day shipping and it arrived the next day. I was so grateful for the video because it was totally accurate and it was clear to follow. It was also nice to know that I could call their support line if needed. I am a 57-year-old woman with no plumbing experience and I was able to do this heat pump replacement. You can do it too! I probably saved myself $1000 by doing it myself. The dishwasher was lighter than expected, and it was so easy to replace the heat/water pump. I ordered a hose clamp, but the part already came with one so don’t order that. Now my water heats up and my dishes dry. I think the reason the heater water pump busted was because I had never known that there is a filter at the bottom of my dishwasher that needs to be cleaned. It was clogged with gunk, which probably blocked the water from getting to the heater, which is why it burned out. My lesson learned is to clean the filter periodically.
