After checking out error code online and going with suggestion of replacing "shock absorbers" as fix, I ordered parts from AppliancePartsPros.com and installed in about 1/2 hr. It actually took longer to fish out the flashlight I dropped in the bottom of the washer frame, than it did to replace the shocks! LOL! Washing machine immediately functioned properly after repair.
