I have had many repairs with the lower sump disposal screen and removing foreign debris from that area so I had already checked that and it was clean as well.(note, do not was plastic forks, they are the biggest culprits for the tines to break off and make their way down to the disposer and cause a clog.) The drain pump was working fine. The only other possibility was the circulation pump. Bought the pump online from appliance parts pros and it arrived next day with regular shipping! Awesome! .. when you have 7 people living in your house, having a dishwasher down is a nightmare! I watched the video available and it was an easy repair. Thank you for the great video!
