I was impressed by the DIY instructional videos on your site. Very clear. I pulled the middle wire shelf back, removed the plastic cover on the back wall of the freezer which gave me access to the blower motor.
I had bought the plastic fan blade as well because I was afraid I would ruin the old one in the process of replacing the motor. I wrapped the new blade loosely in foil and preheated it in an oven at low temp which made pressing it on the shaft of the motor easier once the motor was in place.
I had to reposition the motor after pushing on the fan blade because the motor moved out of the rear bushing mount. It's quiet now. The old motor shaft was definitely loose; a lot of play.
