Through logic and reason I checked the drain hose first and then proceeded to check the drain outlet inside the washer. Found the rubber seal inside the Piston & Nut Assembly was rotted away so the piston was not able to shut off and seal the drain when the cycle triggered it to close. It turned out to be an easy fix and again works perfect.
I also appreciated your on line site which helped me locate the part and the ease of ordering it. Three days after my on line contact the part was delivered to my front door.
