Replaced the thermistor. The Appliance Parts Pros video was slightly misleading; the model range in that video has a longer probe on the thermistor, which is inserted from behind the range. The LG model I own has the thermistor attached inside the oven. I did have to remove the back panel to unfasten the wiring harness but otherwise the entire repair was done from the front of the range/inside the oven.
