Well, first I replaced the pump motor, and then the actuator, but it was actually a failed lid-lock assembly. I ordered all the parts from Appliance Parts Pros. I ordered the Lid Lock service kit on the 24th of December, and it was in my hands the morning of the 27th. Amazingly fast shipping. Excellent parts.
