I have troubleshooted a lack of defrost on a fridge via testing of the heating element, the thermal switch, the temperature sensor on the evaporator & the motherboard itself. Everything checked out except the motherboard. Ordered motherboard from Appliance Parts Pros with next day shipping & they did just that! Thank you, appreciate great support there. Once the board arrived in 20 minutes the refrigerator started operating as usual.
