Replaced the felt drum seal and bearing ring on the front. The instruction video helped tremendously. Once the drum was mounted on the back, I had to make sure the felt was all the way over the ridge that the felt rides on. Dry fit the felt to make sure that you can get it on the drum before you try to glue the felt to the drum. Using clothes pins and vise grips helps to hold the felt in place
