After ordering the replacement chute, I got detailed instructions from AppliancePartsPros. I removed the control plate to access the unit, removed the unit, replaced it and put the control panel back. At first, I got water but the crushed ice and cubes did not work. I disassembled the unit again. The replacement did not have a green ground wire that the original had so I used the wire harness from the old unit. After reassembling again, it worked. Took about an hour.
