Started by calling local appliance repair shops. No one would diagnose my issue over the phone - I get that - they wanted a "service call". Once I saw what that was going to cost I did a Google search of the problem. That narrowed down the possible solutions. I found AppliancePartsPros.com online - used the "Chat Line" option - the person I talked to said based on their experience - it was the main light in the fridge. I ordered the light - it worked. The only thing that made me anxious was - IF what I ordered didn't fix my issue - I was stuck with the part. It all worked out.
