Robert M Wentzville , MO April 04, 2015 The frame crisper broke in the maddle of the back it would not hold the glass up Replaced it. Received the part in less than 24 hours. We were amazed. No paper work was in the box explain how to get the other parts off the old one. That would have been helpful. Once we figured it out. It went together easy.
