I noticed the freezer door sat lower than the refrigerator door. Upon inspection, I saw a damaged/worn hinge on the bottom of the door. I went online for parts and found the hinge I needed. I watched the instructional video on replacing the hinge which was very helpful. It then followed the video to replace the hinge. It took 15 minutes.
