First purchases a new drip pan from AppliancePartsPros. The drip plan came with all the parts I expected. Even one that didn't show up on a very reputable local parts supplier's diagram. So I was quite pleased with that $85+ purchase however that didn't fix the issue. Next I purchased a Defrost Thermostat and BEACH BLANKET BINGO. A repair that would have cost me $500+ or much more had I called in Jenn-air qualified mechanics cost me just a little over $120! Thank you AppliancePartsPros for making the finding of the parts extremely easy and the instructions that accompanied the Drip pan a cinch to install! I couldn't have done this without you. Oh, yes I could have but it would have meant purchasing a new refrigerator for about $7,000 (mine is a 42 inch side-by-side built in). I love this company...AppliancePartsPros.com Kudos to you!
