Rick S Mason , MI January 14, 2023 Freezer leaking water on floor. I couldn't figure this one out so called a repairman. It turns out the drain behind the freezer section was clogged so, when it went into defrost mode, it leaked water onto the floor. Before calling the repairman, I checked out the ice maker and bin and found that the ice bin had several cracks in it. The refrigerator is 10 years old so I guess this wasn't unexpected. I believe the pressure on the bin caused by the ice crusher probably led to the cracks. The repairman said his company didn't have a new bin and they were currently on backorder. I went online and found one immediately available at AppliancePartsPros.com I ordered it and it came in 2 days. I was able to remove the old Ice Bucket and replace it in about 10 minutes. It was super easy. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
