After a few basic checks and internet research I found the back freezer wall to be solid ice. I removed the upper vent cover in the refrigerator, found the damper door open so I know it was calling for cold air. The compressor was running but no air movement. I unplugged the power cord and removed all frozen foods. Placed a hair dryer inside the freezer pointing to the frozen back wall.
One hour later I removed the hair dryer and placed a small fan in the open freezer compartment. I wanted the freezer coils to be clear of ice and dry.
Removed the temperature control assembly to access the Control Board.
Replaced the Electronic Control Board (Jazz Board) and reassembled the temperature control assembly.
Plugged in the refrigerator and programmed the Jazz Board.
One hour later the refrigerator and freezer work like new.
Replaced the damper cover and new LED light bulbs.
All works great!!!!!!!!!
Saved allot of money and time... .
