I used an ohm meter and determined that the element was ok. I used volt meter and determined that I had power on one side but no voltage on the other. I decided that the oven control board was the most likely cause of the problem and ordered a replacement. The part arrived in a couple of days. The instruction sheet with the part told me to enter a personality setting. However, my stove model was not listed. I E-mailed the problem to AppliancePartsPro and got a response within an hour with the needed number. As I became familiar with the stove when I was trouble shooting the problem, the actual repair took about 30 minutes. Powered up, entered the number and everything works. We can enjoy baking again!
