Initially purchased an evap fan motor, as it was listed as the most common failed component. Of course, once I pulled the cover out of the freezer, the fan motor was just fine, but the coils were a block of ice. So far, it looks like the thermostat was the source of the issue. For anyone experiencing the warm fridge, cold freezer, I recommend pulling the cover off and taking a look before ordering any parts. The video was spot on for the Amana ABB2522FEW fridge and made the repair a piece of cake.
