I noticed both freezer and fridge too warm. Per defrost thermostat repair video, I pulled the back panel off the inside of the freezer section and saw the ice completing covering the cooling coils. This prevented cool air from flowing thru the coils to keep things cool. I noticed the fan in the freezer section was working. I melted the ice covering the coils and now everything worked, so I knew I had a defrosting issue. I "hoped" the thermostat was the issue since others had seen the same thing on this Frigidaire model. There are ways to test the thermostat but since the part was inexpensive I took the gamble and ordered it. I replaced the defrost thermostat and now the freezer section defrosts and both freezer and fridge work great.
