For a long time I just put the liquid laundry detergent into the drum. Then I decided that was not ideal and found the parts on your website. I’m not normally a fix it yourself type but the parts were easier to replace than changing a light bulb! I received the ordered part in two days and was ready to go. Thanks for the quick service. And knowing there was online resource help from you if I needed it was reassuring. As a 70 year young little old lady easier is always better!
