Purchased replacement seal and watched repair video. Repair went exactly like the video and took just over an hour. No special tools were needed, although I did have trouble with the front lip of the seal coming out when reinstalling the spring clamp. I needed my wife to hold one side while I stretched the clamp and put in place on the other side.
The video was extremely helpful in showing the order of disassembly and saved me from taking off parts that didn’t need to be removed for this repair. The new seal was an exact match for the old one and now the floor stays dry.
