Replaced the Spring, Solenoid and Ice Door Assembly which was compromised. Used a hair dryer to melt the large amount of ice that had built up in the middle of the chute. It appears that the ice buildup had also frozen the water dispenser line. Most of the time was spent defrosting the ice blockage that was hidden from view.
Both problems solved with the help of the videos for the door and solenoid,
Saved hundreds in repair and much more if I had to replace the refrigerator!
