I later found out it was the blower wheel. I ordered a new blower wheel from AppliancePartsPros and it arrived the following day. I removed the old blower wheel and installed the new one and now the GE dryer runs like NEW. Thanks to your video in how to remove and replace the blower wheel it was very helpful.
