I called and a lovely person talked with me and she seemed to know what I was talking about even though i didn't! Kudos to her!
We made the transaction and the very next day i got it . She had told me to put it in a hot tub of water . I did that and called the maintenance man in my building and he came up and we figured it out . it went in right away i held and he placed. He said he had never done anything like that in his life I said I had not either
