Then he looked and looked more and informed me that if they could get it that the cost would be $69.99 plus shipping - so I thanked him for his time-came home and called your web site and got the nicest lady with the same info I gave him and in a matter of almost seconds - she found it and informed me it was available for shipment within the week at a cost of $29.94 plus shipping and handling. What a wonderful surprise for the quick and accurate info and it has arrived and is on my washer now!! What a pleasant purchase made possible by your courteous employee! and Thank you again!!!!
