First I ordered a damper for the fridge. Turns out there are three on my unit and I ordered the wrong one. When I disassembled the unit, I found the damaged damper but it was not the same as the one I ordered. Called AppliancePartsPros using the number in the follow up email they sent me. They immediately identified the part I needed and arranged to send it to me. They also arranged the return on the part I ordered in error. Repair was tedious because there were a lot of parts to remove to get to the problem one but it was not difficult. Did the whole repair with a screwdriver.
