Found an article on the internet which told us what the problem was and where to locate the part on the microwave. We easily located the part on the microwave to use when ordering a new one (Switch Interlock). I tried the GE parts online and was having a rough time finding the part. The article also mentioned AppliancePartsPros.com and I located the part! The article was right and it was a very easy fix. Fixed the microwave easily for $30!!! Thanks. I'll definitely remember AppliancePartsPros.com. Also, the part arrived in less than two days and I live in rural Wyoming!
