Everything was dead except the lights inside when you open the doors. It would not cool, ice didn't work, water didn't work and the control panel inside the refrigerator door was dead.
After doing some research I narrowed it down to the main control board based on comments from others on this website and other DIY websites.
Replaced the main control board and it works like new now.
