I looked up the error code "HRS" on google. Found out that the Refrigerator was locked in Defrost Mode. I watched a few You Tube videos that suggested replacing the "Motherboard. I talked with knowledgeable staff at AppliancePartPros who confirmed the issue. Order the replacement Motherboard Part. I followed instructions on YouTube to replace the Motherboard. Back up and running in less than 30mins. I saved a cool $2,400 on a replacement Refrigerator.
