I realized that the motor was running but that was not actually agitating the clothes in the machine.
The first thing I always think of is that I've got to call someone to fix this! Then I calmed down, decided to look on the internet and found Appliace Parts Pros. I was easily able to find out what was wrong. It said if I could hear the motor running then it was probably the agitatior coupler that was stripped and needed replaced. It said to pull out the agitator unity by just pulling up on it, and if I could freely turn the coupler that it was indeed the problem. It did turn freely. Ordered the correct part with confidence through their system. I received the item super quick by Fed Ex. Had it fixed in less than 10 minutes after watching the how to video on their site! Save me a good $100!
