William P Kingsport , TN December 23, 2017 Gear clutch assembly went bad I first tried different things to fix the problem. The problem persisted so I had to figure out what was the real problem. I went to AppliancePartsPros web site, I had ordered from them before, and ordered the part. By the way, it was easy to find with the model number of the washer. I watched the video a few times, to learn how, it was my first time. The video was very helpful. I replaced it with little complications. The one thing I really learned was that you really need an impact hammer drill or air gun. All repairs complete and the washer is working great. 3 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 1-2 hours
