Timothy D Santa Ana , CA November 14, 2016 Appliance: Model GTUP240GM5WW Gearbox damage(seal leak n damaged bearings) Remove entire tub assmbly. Remove basket, to be able remove gearbox. Basket was rusted and froze to gearbox. Therefore have to cut basket. Thats why had to buy new basket. Now works like a charm.
