James C Naperville , IL December 16, 2018 The grill assembly on my Advantium oven broke and fell off I ordered the replacement part. It arrived within 2 days in a factory sealed box but was the wrong color. I called AppliancePartsPros immediately and they sent the correct part 2 days later.
