Krista S Ashland , VA February 12, 2018 The grill vent snaps had broken and we were holding it on by twist ties also both air vent filters had become warped and would not stay secured esp when the door was shut We ordered the parts from AppliancePros (least expensive vendor), received the parts within a week and installed them ourselves.
