I removed the tub and pulled the stainless inner basket out. The aluminum flange assembly was badly corroded and the shaft separated from the assembly arms. All six bolts were corroded and sheared off and I had to take a 4 inch grinder and cut the flange assembly carefully out of the basket race. Cleaned the stainless basket and put the new flange assembly in and it works great now.
